«We believe that Greece fulfils its obligations (in the framework of the bailout — ed.). We believe that it is time for the next tranche, because the uncertainty has already started to affect negatively the economy of Greece, and the objective reasons for this. We believe it is important to complete the second assessment and move forward in the transfer of the next tranche,» — he said.
