Member of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC) Kirill Kabanov, watching the opposition rally in Moscow on Monday, said the trend of attracting young people to participate in uncoordinated action on Tverskaya street, as it was during the campaign on March 26; on Sakharov Avenue, where they held a consistent rally, the situation, according to him, calm.

The opposition leader Alexei Navalny urged people to change their place of coordinated action on Tverskaya street, where the festival took place, a political meeting was not agreed.
