The most rare in the world passport have just three people, found the British newspaper Daily Star. It is the leaders of the Catholic knights-a religious order — the Grand master, Grand commander and Grand Chancellor.

«However, despite its exclusivity, the passport actually is not so strong. Countries such as USA, UK and New Zealand, is not allowed with this passport,» the newspaper said.

The same applies to countries with similar rules of entry. We will remind, earlier it became known that the most powerful passport is granted to citizens of Germany. According to him, they can visit without a visa 176 countries.

In the end, the Vatican created a special Commission to investigate all the circumstances related to the current situation in the order. This caused exceptionally sharp reaction from the Grand master of Restinga, who clearly reminded the Holy see of sovereignty of the order, which has the status of observer organization at the United Nations and the Council of Europe and supports diplomatic relations with 105 States, including official relations with Russia.

The order of Malta (Sovereign military Hospitaller order of St. John, of Rhodes and of Malta), was founded in 1099 by the crusaders in Jerusalem. After capture by Muslims of the Holy Land, they moved to Rhodes, and then settled in Malta. Grand master and protector of the knights of Malta was the Russian Emperor Paul I.
