The presidential administration has not received letters from relatives of the six year old boy, who after the death in an accident in Balashikha examination revealed the alleged existence in the blood of ethyl alcohol, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

According to the interior Ministry on April 23 in Sochi, local resident, driving a foreign car, was fouled and knocked down six-year-old child died on the spot. By results of examination it was established that «in the blood of the deceased found the concentration of ethanol, which corresponds to strong intoxication». On Thursday it became known that the boy’s body exhumed for vetting examination.

Earlier it was reported that the investigating authorities have raised the issue of transfer of proceedings about the accident and intend to check all the facts.

According to information in the media, the foreign car ran over the boy and dragged him at least 10 meters. Examination showed the level of alcohol in the blood of the boy 2.7 ppm. The family of the deceased demanded the re-examination, it is alleged that witnesses were pressured, the case has not been opened for about a month, and part of the evidence in this case was destroyed.
