The U.S. Commission on human rights concerned with civil rights compliance in the administration of trump and intends to evaluate the effectiveness of its work in this direction, reads the statement published on the Agency’s website.

They intend to investigate for two years and complete their inspection at the end of the 2019 financial year.

The decision on conducting the investigation against the current administration due to «concern that the administration has proposed budget cuts and plans to reduce staff in various programs and departments of the Federal government to enforcing laws that ensure civil rights,» the document says. Commission members fear that the cuts «will result in the lack of fulfillment of civil rights and a negative impact» on members of the LGBT community, minorities, the elderly, the disabled and other social groups, «exposing them to the threat of the even greater threat of discrimination.»

The civil rights Commission is an independent Federal Agency, is auditing the inter-party character.
