Party Growth at the extraordinary Congress on Saturday to discuss participation in presidential elections of Russia in 2018, will choose candidates in the governors of a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, will determine the strategy and tactics for the next regional and municipal elections, as well as make amendments and supplements to the party Statute.

The Federal political Council (FPS) of the Growth may 17 adopted a decision on holding an extraordinary party Congress on 17 June.

Agenda

The Congress will be attended by the Chairman of the party, authorized under the RF President on protection of entrepreneurs ‘ rights Boris Titov, the Chairman of fraction of Party Growth in the Legislative Assembly of St.-Petersburg Oksana Dmitrieva, member of the governing bodies of the party Dmitry Potapenko, Mikhail Slipenchuk, Alexander Guruji, Victor zvagel’skii, Vladimir Senin, noted in a press-service of political force.

«Delegates will hear the report of the Chairman of the party; adopt amendments to the Charter of the party; nominated candidates in the governors of a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation; to discuss tactics and strategy of the party in the next regional and municipal elections, including the election of municipal deputies in Moscow, to discuss the party’s participation in presidential elections of Russia in March 2018», — stated in the message of the party.
Gubernatorial elections

The day before the Congress, a source close to the leadership of the party, told RIA Novosti that the party intends to field candidates in governors of the Ryazan and Tomsk regions, as well as in the Republic of Karelia, also from the political forces will be exposed to a candidate-a single-seat districts in the Bryansk constituency — Chairman of the regional branch of the party Sergey Gorelov.

According to the source, the member of Presidium of Federation of Boxing of the Tomsk region, the General Director of open company «Novokhim trading» Maxim Better been nominated from the party in the elections to the state Duma in 2016, the 182-Ohm Ob single-mandate constituency.

In Ryazan, the party will focus on one of the founders of the Russian political party «Pravoe Delo» (now the Party of Growth), Chairman of the Ryazan branch of the Party of Growth and the member of Federal political Council of the party Alexander Perekhvatov.

For the Republic of Karelia the party will nominate the native of Petrozavodsk, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs in the region Elena Gnetova.

Additional elections to the state Duma will be held on 10 September in a single day of voting in the Bryansk and Leningrad region (Kingisepp single-member districts).

Presidential campaign. Municipal elections

Titov said earlier that the question of his participation in the presidential campaign is for the party challenging. He noted that the possibility of an Alliance with the party «Yabloko» in the municipal elections in Moscow, noting that in the capital the party intends to put forward at least 500 candidates. Later, the head of the Moscow branch of the «Yabloko» Sergei Mitrokhin told the news Agency that the party is ready to begin negotiations.

Municipal elections will be held in Moscow in the Single voting day September 10, 2017. The next presidential elections to be held in 2018.

Party growth is one of the youngest parties participating in the Duma elections. It was formed on the basis of the reorganized «Right things», one of the co-chairs of which at the time of its Foundation in 2008 was the Titov. In 2011, the sole leader of the party became a billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov. In turn, the «Pravoe Delo» was established in 2008 on the basis of Union of right forces, Democratic party of Russia and «Civil force».
