The solntsevsky court of Moscow has decided to consider in a special order of business of the driver of the snow thrower, whose fault, according to investigators, killing one of the largest investors in Russia, the head of Total Christophe de Margerie. This was reported by RIA Novosti, the lawyer Alexander Sergeyev.

On the night of October 21, 2014 at Vnukovo airport due to the collision during takeoff with a snowplow crashed the plane Falcon 50EX airline Unijet. Four people were killed — President of the French energy company Total and three crew members.

To consider case in a special order we had requested. The Prosecutor and the representatives of the company Unijet was not against it. A special procedure assumes that the defendant completely guilty, and the court will not examine the evidence in the case, which allows to commute the sentence.

Initially General thing about the disaster in Vnukovo, which is also held managers and the head of operations, was considered by the judge Konstantin Shelepov, but after splitting the cases he resigned. Judge Elena Vereschagina, which has been allocated the case, agreed to consider it in a special order and scheduled a hearing for June 30.

According to investigators, snowblower, at the wheel which sat drunk Vladimir Martynenko, breaking all the rules, left on the runway that did not control senior shift engineer Vladimir Ledenev. The result was a collision. Martynenko and Lednev found guilty, the other defendants in the case plead not guilty.

According to Sergeyev, not all victims have provided written confirmation of their position, so the meeting was moved. The lawyer explained that the victim recognized the company Unijet, Vnukovo airport and relatives of the victims.

Previously, the solntsevsky court of Moscow has allocated the case against the dispatcher Alexander Kruglov and Hope Arkhipova, as well as the head of flight Novel Dunaeva, separated and returned it to the Prosecutor. The court found that investigations of these accused could not be considered admissible evidence for the involvement of lawyers withdrew from the process.

Obstacles for further consideration of the case against Martynenko, Ledeneva and the judge did not find and decided to continue it process. The lawyers appealed the court’s decision, as it sought to return to the Prosecutor the criminal case entirely.
