MOSCOW, 21 Feb — RIA Novosti. Parents Zhanna Friske appealed the court’s decision to charge them with more than 21 million rubles, previously allocated to «Respond» to the treatment of the singer, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the Perovsky court of Moscow Andrei Sharov.

The dispute over money for treatment Friske lasts about a year. «Rusfond» claims that were transferred to the account of the singer of 25.01 million rubles, but in the statement of expenditure includes only 4,12 million. The family of the singer rejects the claim. According to the «Rusfond», after the death of the singer’s relatives refused to provide proof that donations had been spent on paying for medical services.

The lawsuit by 21.6 million rubles are mother and father, Olga and Vladimir Friske, as well as the civil husband of the singer Dmitry Shepelev and their minor son Platon Shepelev. The representatives of the husband claimed that the mother of the singer cashed the said amount from the accounts, therefore, the claim had to be submitted to her.

Friske gained fame through participation since 1996 in the group «Brilliant». In 2003 she began her solo career. Friske passed away in June, 2015 after a long struggle with cancer.
