The state Duma on Wednesday adopted in the third reading the law on crazy hours and mandatory fingerprinting of employees FSO, and on vesting their right to restrict movement on highways of travel of the objects of the state guard, to protect the personal data of protected persons to use gratuitously airports, heliports and river ports, irrespective of their forms of ownership.

Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted a bill to the state Duma on 11 February this year.

The law specifies that the Director of FSO of Russia or the authorized person can set the schedule for certain categories of employees of the organs of state security. While such employees will be granted annual additional leave for up to 10 days.

The bodies of the state guard are entitled to use free of charge airports, airfields, heliports, landing areas, sea and river ports. And such gratuitous use is possible irrespective of their organizational-legal forms and forms of ownership. FSO allowed to provide security for parked aircraft and other vehicles used to transport maintenance and security of the state, and temporarily to limit or forbid movement of transport and pedestrians, not only on streets and roads but also on tracks of travel of the objects of the state guard.

The main tasks of the organs of state security, among other things, the parliamentarians took the protection of personal data of state protection and members of their families. FSO may be entitled to take measures to protect their personal data. Stipulates that the processing of such data is carried out with their consent and with the consent of the organs of state security, with the exception of personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with Federal laws.

In the list of persons subject to mandatory state fingerprint registration, in addition to military personnel and Federal civil servants, the law included the employees of the organs of state security. According to the law, grounds for refusal to accept military service in bodies of the state guard will become a criminal record (including withdrawn or repaid), drug use and new, potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, as well as entrepreneurial activities.

Also FSO is entitled to determine the list of items and goods prohibited and carriage on protected objects.

At the same time, the law prohibits employees of the FSO to place in the media and on the Internet information (including photos, videos) about themselves, other officers of the state guard to disclose their affiliation to such bodies, their employment activities.

Military and civilian personnel of bodies of the state, having assets abroad, are obliged in certain term to take measures for its exclusion.
