The investigating authorities are checking the posted information in the media about the beating of a journalist in Karelia, where we are searching for teenagers overturned on lake Ladoga boats, according to the SUCK of the Russian Federation on Republic.

According to the Agency, the media reported that the journalist was beaten by the head of the trout farms on the territory of which was located the camp and rescue operation to find the teenagers.

«The conflict allegedly occurred because of the demands men to the rescue workers, volunteers and journalists to leave the territory of its economy, and when the journalist tried to find out the reasons these requirements, head of the economy and punched him in the face and damaged his mobile phone», — stated in the message SUCK.

Investigators conducted a preliminary examination of this fact, find out all the circumstances of the incident.

In the Bureau of Life in St. Petersburg, confirmed the attack on the journalist. «Our staff have suffered little in the conflict, the attacker also robbed him and broke the iPhone», — said the Agency interlocutor, noting that the statement to the police was filed on the spot.

The boat in which were five teenagers 15-17 years old (four boys and a girl), capsized in the Bay Impilahti in the Ladoga lake on Monday. Two of the teenagers managed to escape, the fate of three is unknown. Currently, the Ladoga lake are continuing search and rescue operations.
