Investigators confirmed that the boy who died under the wheels of foreign cars Balashikha, in the time of the accident was drunk, said on Wednesday Moscow Central Board of the RF IC.

«Taken blood samples of the deceased with the installed alcohol and the molecular-genetic examination in the main Department of criminalistics of the investigative Committee, according to which the blood belongs to the victim a minor,» — said in a release.

Traces of baby’s blood is also found in the car – «according to the conclusions it is judicial-chemical examination in the blood (also) discovered alcohol.»

Now the investigation will determine the circumstances under which the child had used alcohol. The investigation is ongoing.

Earlier today on the positive (blood alcohol detected) results of re-examination, said the Minister of internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev.

Resonance accident occurred on April 23 in Balashikha: a local resident driving a foreign car knocked down 6-year-old boy. After an initial examination it was established that «in the blood of the deceased found the concentration of ethanol corresponding to the strong degree of intoxication».

In fact expert opinion on «severe intoxication» of the child was a criminal case about negligence.

Moscow region Ekaterina Semenova Ombudsman reported that the boy grew up «in a normal average family home», no addictions, no parents, nor from their immediate environment she didn’t notice.

Semenov said that the child «fell suddenly, at some period, under the influence of any other people», which could give him alcohol.
