Experts of the Moscow Central Board of the interior Ministry conducted a forensic examination of the case of an accident in the suburbs, which showed that technically the driver could avoid hitting a pedestrian, the chief reported a press-service GU MVD of Russia Moscow region Tatyana Petrova.

Resonant road accident has occurred in Balashikha April 23: a local resident driving a foreign car knocked down six year old boy. After an initial examination it was established that «in the blood of the deceased found the concentration of ethanol corresponding to the strong degree of intoxication». In fact, expert opinion was a criminal case about negligence.

On Wednesday, interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev said that the re-examination confirmed the results of the first. Later this data was confirmed by the press service of the regional Central Board of the RF IC.

«Expert forensic center GU MVD of Russia Moscow region was conducted of an automotive forensic examination to establish the technical possibility to prevent arrival on the pedestrian, in which it was found that the driver had technical possibility to prevent arrival on the pedestrian, the specialist and concluded,» — said Petrov.
