«Leakage from Qatar requirements and concerns of neighbors and Egypt is a serious attempt to undermine a mediation process or another symbol of rude policy. Leakage will further strengthen and prolong the crisis,» he wrote on Twitter.

«On the brink of war»

Qatar will be difficult to meet these requirements, the situation threatens serious conflict, believes expert of the Valdai club, a senior researcher at the Centre for Arab and Islamic studies, Institute of Oriental studies Constantine Truevtsev.

In his opinion, impracticable at least three of the following requirements are met: the rupture of relations with Iran, the closure of Turkish military bases and the elimination of «al-Jazeera». The channel is an informational hub and closure — «this is a huge threat — both financially and as a blow to the image», explained the expert.

«Close the channel — crime»

Satellite TV channel «al Jazeera» broadcasting from Doha, called the crime of the Arab request the closure.

«I am against the requirements to close any media, as it is a crime, a violation of the human right to freedom of speech. If we were talking about the closure of bi-Bi-si or any other channel, I would have taken the same position,» — said RIA Novosti, the General Director of the channel Yaser Abu Hilal.

«If «al-Jazeera» broke something, anyone could use it to sue, in the Qatari court, or in any other country, it is the legitimate right of every victim of the media.
