The foreign Ministry of Ukraine has transferred the Russian foreign Ministry a note of protest in connection with visit to Crimea President Vladimir Putin. About it reports on Saturday, the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry.

«The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its decisive protest in connection with another uncoordinated with Ukraine visit of the Russian delegation headed by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation the territory of Ukraine — the Autonomous Republic of Crimea», — stated in the message.

What Putin did in Crimea

The head of state arrived to the Peninsula to attend the children’s center «Artek» — where the President got acquainted with the results of the reconstruction of infrastructure and see how goes the progress on the construction of the «Solnechny»camp.

During the visit, Putin spoke with the Director of «Artek», which told the President that the area of children’s complex comparable in size with the dwarf state of Monaco. He also informed Putin about the work on restoration of the camp and the plans for its development: that the complex could make in one shift at the same time ten thousand children.

The Russian leader opened in «Artek» the seventh change, which is dedicated to the famous American schoolgirl Samantha Smith, who visited the camp in 1983. The girl wrote a letter to Soviet leader Yuri Andropov, which asked the Secretary General why he wants to «conquer the world». Andropov responded with an invitation to the school in «Artek», so she could personally verify the peacefulness of the Soviet people.

«I guess this melody with seven notes»

This is not the first note of protest received by Moscow from-for Putin’s visit to the Peninsula. In October 2016, the head of state visited Yalta, where he took part in the «Forum actions» all-Russia people’s front. The reaction of the Ukrainian authorities was immediate — the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia was protesting.

In the Kremlin, commenting on the situation, said the President of Russia has the right to visit any regions of the country.

«Traditionally, Ukraine protests. And we traditionally, these protests are not taken into account. Because the President visits the regions of Russia, which he considers necessary. It is an internal affair of Russia. This does not apply to any state, including Ukraine», — said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.

The Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in turn, noted that Moscow is not interested in Ukrainian protests against the Russian territories.

«This is our land and the leadership of Russia has the right to visit its territory without permission from anybody», — the Minister said.

The music will be enough for everyone

Kiev «strongly protested» not only because of the Russian President and the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, who arrived to the Peninsula in early June to participate in the third Livadia forum. However, this note the Russian government did not comment.

The Ukrainian side was also outraged by the holding of the Yalta international economic forum in Crimea in April. The event was attended by over 220 participants from 46 countries. Kiev hurried to send to the foreign Ministry the next note.

The head of the Republic of Crimea has compared the protest of the Ukrainian whistling after the departing train.

«To survive (the participants of the forum — ed.) is nothing, no opportunities they (Kiev — ed.) no, it’s just whistle after the departing train,» he said.

Vice-speaker of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya called the Kiev protests «ridiculous» and «meaningless.»

«Russia isn’t playing false notes and does not accept intervention in its internal politics,» she said.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Polonsky, commenting on the protest note against the holding of the Yalta forum, said that Kiev is not entitled to bring to Moscow any requirements.

«Who are they? It’s just a bunch of crooks, scoundrels, traitors whose actions destroyed once, in General, a good country,» he said, adding that the only way out of this situation for the Ukrainian side is the resignation of the officials who make such statements.
Got not only Russia

Ukraine’s Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nikolai Doroshenko in March protested the foreign Ministry in after poseshenie of the Crimea, Kyrgyz Deputy. He demanded to respect «the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,» noting that violators will be held accountable according to Ukrainian law.

In April, Kiev sent a note of protest to the German foreign Ministry in connection with a trip to the Crimea two German politicians. Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Andrew Miller then stated that «illegal entry into the territory of the Crimea is not a trifle, but a serious offence» and added that Berlin should take measures to prevent violations of Ukrainian laws in the future.

Dared to come to the Crimea to fall into the «black list»

The Russian figures of culture and art, who came to the Peninsula, inevitably enter into a database, the infamous Ukrainian site of the «Peacemaker». This resource of the Ukrainian nationalists publish personal information objectionable, in their opinion.

On this site were published data of journalists, militiamen of the breakaway DND and LNR and other citizens, who are called «traitors». On online free was posted lists of journalists, including foreign ones, which have been accredited by the DNI and LC, with their contact details, after some of them received threats.
