About 200 vehicles of local residents and tourists, dozens of buildings in the tourist bases of Khakassia and social facilities were damaged by hail, collapsed at the end of the week in the region, according to the government of the Republic.

«Almost 200 cars with more than 50 buildings on tourist bases and nine social facilities. These are the preliminary results of the damage from the hail… the Greatest losses in the Shirinsky district: hailstones the size of an egg, sometimes it has damaged agricultural plantations on private plots of land, the damage to the property of citizens, including tourists from different regions of Siberia», — stated in the message.

Earlier it was reported that on June 22 the elements raged on lake bele, in the villages of the Shire, Gates, Malyy Spirin, virgin. Five people went to the doctors with minor injuries and bruises. The Bay and Izyhsky mines of the Altai district damaged the roof and Windows of seven houses, wind fallen trees. In many localities has been a power outage. By order of the head of Khakassia Victor Zimin, 23 June on the territory of the Shira region was introduced a state of emergency for the purpose of rendering assistance to the population affected by the passage of a storm front.
