Publisher of «Flirting» was sentenced to three years in prison for organizing prostitution

Simonovsky court of Moscow sentenced the publisher of the magazine «Flirt» Dmitry zjabliceva to three years of General regime colony for the organization of prostitution, the chief editor Stanislav Kazakov received two years probation, told RIA Novosti in court.

According to the interlocutor of the Agency, probation Kazakova is that the defendant has a minor child.

The court noted that the lawyers of the accused on sentence was not, therefore, data about their intention to appeal the court’s decision yet.

During the debate, the Prosecutor asked for zjabliceva four years in prison, and for Kazakova to three years of imprisonment.

Chief editor of «Flirt» and about 40 people were detained in 2015. According to the investigation, Kazakov and Zyablitsev not only advertised sex services in printed version and on the newspaper’s website, but they organized underground business.

The printed version of «Flirting» was heard on the streets of Moscow, the magazines are also placed under car windshield wipers.

Publishing business zjabliceva repeatedly attracted the attention of regulatory agencies. So, in 2013, the court closed the magazine «Flirtation in the big city» due to registration errors: erotic publishing was registered as information and advertising.

According to prosecutors, the owner of the «Flirt» earned the magazine 68 million rubles.
