Russian President Vladimir Putin ruled out of the HRC, the head of the charity Fund «Fair aid» Elizabeth Glinka, who died in the crash of Tu-154 near Sochi, the corresponding decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

«To amend the composition of Council under RF President on development of civil society and human rights… changes, with the exception of Glinka, E. P.», — the document says.

According to the document, the Council also excluded the critic Daniil Dondurei and a member of the public chamber Maria Kannabikh.

It is noted that the document will come into force from the date of signing, June 27, 2017.

The Tu-154 Russian defense Ministry, which was heading to Syria, crashed in the Black sea shortly after refueling in Sochi on the morning of 25 December 2016. On Board were 92 people — eight crew members and 84 passengers.

Among the passengers were eight soldiers, 64 employee Academic song and dance ensemble of the Russian army Alexandrov, nine representatives of Russian TV channels, the head of the charity Fund «Fair aid» Elizaveta Glinka, known as Dr. Lisa, two Federal civil servants. The remains of the victims and the wreckage of the plane was found at the bottom of the Black sea in 1,7 kilometers from the shore.
