The judge in the case about the murder of Boris Nemtsov on Tuesday removed one of 15 jury due to the fact that she’d concealed a criminal record of her husband, reports on Tuesday from the courtroom, the correspondent of RIA Novosti.

The woman responded that her husband died four years ago. In any case, due to the fact that she hid the fact of conviction of a spouse, it was removed from the courtroom. In College, there were 14 jurors. For the verdict of the Board should be at least 12 jurors.

«The court received the materials from which it follows that Nikolai Gutara was convicted and sentenced to three years imprisonment, the second time he was convicted and sentenced to four years imprisonment, the third time sentenced to six months of freedom and a fourth one to nine years of imprisonment,» he listed judge.

In this regard he had «doubts about the impartiality and objectivity» of the juror, and he removed her from the courtroom.

The woman, before leaving, said: «What it (his conviction) is relevant (to me)?»» and wished the fellow good luck to the jury.
