Babushkinsky court of Moscow on Tuesday will announce the verdict of nationalist Maxim Marcinkiewicz, known by the nickname Cleaver, accused in the case about the attack on people whom he believed to be drug traffickers, told RIA Novosti in court.

The beginning sentencing is scheduled for 13:00.

Earlier, the Prosecutor asked to sentence Marcinkiewicz to 11,5 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. All the other defendants in the case, he also asked for a penalty of imprisonment in the colony.

Cleaver was also a member of the movement «Restrukt» and the leader of the controversial project «Occupy-pedofilyay» whose stated purpose is to combat pedophiles. Martsinkevich has previously been convicted of publishing on the Internet a video staged executions «Tajik drug dealer», as well as for extremist statements during the debate in Moscow club «Bilingua». In aggregate, in two cases he got 3.5 years of imprisonment.

Now Martsinkevich and nine of his associates accused of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, robbery, robbery, destruction or damage of property, hooliganism, incitement of hatred and humiliation of human dignity.

The cleaver and his associates, according to the investigators, using stun guns, pepper sprays and metal batons, beat up people in Moscow, took away their belongings, and publicly doused them with paint and other substances. All this was done in 2012-2014 in the framework of an organized movement «Occupy-narkotikai» associated with the fight against sellers of «spice».
