The U.S. Senate is considering a project of the US military budget, which, in particular, provides introduction of a ban on the use of the governmental structures of the products of the company «Kaspersky Lab» due to his connections with the Russian government, the newspaper said Hill.

According to her first about this in his Twitter told the news Agency Reuters Dustin Arena, who wrote that «the Senate bill prohibits the use of the products «Kaspersky Lab» in connection with allegations that the company may be vulnerable due to the influence of the government of the Russian Federation».

As Hill writes, this news comes amid reports that «FBI agents visited the homes of at least ten employees of the company.» It is emphasized that «the Agency has still not contacted» for this reason.

Indicates that the company itself is located in Russia and having units in different countries, including the United States, in an official statement, denied his connection with the government of the Russian Federation.

«As a private company «Kaspersky Lab» has no ties with any governments, and never helped in their actions related to cyber-espionage,» leads Hill this statement. It notes that «Kaspersky’s Laboratory» considers it absolutely unacceptable that the company unjustly accused without any serious evidence». Also stressed its readiness «to assist all concerned government organizations with any ongoing investigations.»

Hill also notes that the company’s founder Eugene Kaspersky was invited to testify before the U.S. Congress.
