Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko said that endorsed by order of the government of the Russian Federation the plan of the fight against doping, but he is concerned about the issue of control of the system.

Independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) in late 2015 has accused Russia of numerous anti-doping rule violation. The Moscow anti-doping laboratory was suspended. Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) was deemed non-compliant to the WADA code.

«Today endorsed the government plan for the fight against doping, on the grounds that (Vitaly) Smirnov did. We made a set of measures for the implementation of this plan. I endorsed Mr Medvedev will sign it,» said Mutko told reporters.

«There will be everything clearly: what we do in legislation, how do we create independence of this system. But there’s always a «but». Who will control it?» he added.
