In the midst of summer vacation, motorists rush to the cottage, going on hunting and fishing in different parts of the country, are going on a long journey. Traffic police often have a keen interest in machines from other regions, interested, not taking the citizens something forbidden, whether their car, and stop for the slightest violation. RIA Novosti news Agency once again asked the experts to give clear explanations and to dispel some of the myths from the field of automotive law.

The curiosity of the cops is easy to explain: they try to detect the poachers and the carriers of illegal mining. The procedure of inspection of the vehicle is regulated by order of Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia No. 185 from March 2, 2009 — explains the lawyer of the international law firm «Trunov, Aivar and partners» Marat Amyleeev.
