China is interested in exporting to Russia hatching eggs and Chicks, the report said Rosselkhoznadzor following the talks between the two countries held in Beijing on July 30-31.

The Russian party presented the «road map» for access to beef, offal, poultry products on the Chinese market. Countries are also interested in mutual supplies of genetic material of cattle (cattle) from the Chinese region of Inner Mongolia to Buryatia.

At the talks the sides discussed the mutual supply of milk and dairy products. «The Chinese side assured that they will provide their comments on earlier by Rosselkhoznadzor the materials for obtaining the right supplies of milk and dairy products in China immediately after the conclusion of the negotiations», — stated in the message.

Representatives of Russia and China also discussed a draft Protocol on wheat, which provides for the inclusion of Chelyabinsk and Amur regions in the list of regions approved by AQSIQ (state General administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of China) for export to China. Rosselkhoznadzor notes that the Agency has repeatedly proposed to China to inspect the wheat in the Kurgan region, but the representatives of AQSIQ flatly refused it because of the tight schedule in 2017. However, the parties agreed to conduct an inspection in 2018.

The Rosselkhoznadzor and AQSIQ will try to soon sign the Protocol on deliveries of Russian buckwheat, buckwheat groats, oats, cereal, sunflower seeds and flax. The Russian Ministry also invited Chinese experts to conduct inspections for export to China beans, sorghum and millet in 2017.

AQSIQ will hold in October the inspection of sugar factories in Russia for the tolerance of sugar beet pulp on the Chinese market.
