The duty on exports of oil from Russia since August 1, declined to 74.4 $ 80.9 per ton dollars per ton in July to the documents of the RF Ministry of economic development.

The Finance Ministry previously announced that the average price of Urals oil for the monitoring period from 15 June to 14 July 2017 made 45,66 per barrel, or 333,3 dollars per ton.

Preferential rate of duty on oil for deposits in Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye field because of a change in the calculation of the rate of duty in connection with the tax maneuver were reduced to zero from 1 February 2015. These rates, in accordance with the adopted formula will remain at zero, if the average price of oil will be below $ 76 per barrel. Also reset to zero the duty on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

The export duty on high-viscosity oil from August 1 decreased to 11.2 per dollar, from 12.4 per dollar in July.

The duty on straight-run gasoline (naphtha) fell to 40.9 44.4 per dollar dollar per ton, car (commercial) gasoline — to 22.3 24.2 per dollar with a dollar. Duty on other light oil and lubricating oil decreased to 22.3 24.2 per dollar to dollars per ton, on dark oil products without oil and coke — to 74.4 80.9 per dollar, from dollars.

Duty on coke decreased to 4.8 from 5.2 dollar dollar per ton.
