Forecasters of the Central Siberian Department for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (UGMS) has posted on Youtube a video with an appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin, which complained of low wages, according to the Federation of trade unions of Krasnoyarsk region (FPKK).

The movie cuts from scenes of local companies about the failed increase of salaries of deputies of Krasnoyarsk, rising food prices, low salaries of state employees and the need to pay such a salary for utility services and the mortgage placed on the channel FPKK on Youtube. In a statement on the website of the trade unions in the region said that last time the salary increase was in 2014, then for this purpose has allocated 4 billion rubles, since this has not happened and is not planned.

«Recent media information that the deputies of the legislative Assembly doubled his salary did not go unnoticed for active youth of the Central Siberian Department for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring. They created a video which clearly told the President of Russia Vladimir Putin about his salary,» — said in the message.

To receive comments in UGMS RIA Novosti has not yet succeeded.

Earlier it was reported that deputies of legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk region previously adopted a law on improving itself, and other categories of civil servants wages doubled on average it was assumed that the salary of an MP will increase from 100 thousand to 200 thousand rubles. The law was passed and signed by the Governor, but it was explained that the increase will take place only in the case of making adjustments to the regional budget. After rising in the media wave of the deputies at the next session in July reversed its decision to increase.
