The mayor of Kemerovo has awarded a policewoman who saved four children in a fire

The mayor of Kemerovo Ilya Seredyuk was awarded the honorary diploma and valuable gift to the inspector juvenile police captain Eugene Serina, through which a large family was saved in the fire, according to the regional Directorate of the interior Ministry.

The incident became known in July of letters of thanks to local resident. As it turned out, one night in the stairwell of a residential building on Gagarin street in Kemerovo there was a fire of electrical panels. Fire and smoke quickly spread through all five floors.

The inspector on Affairs of minors living in the house opposite, saw the black smoke and rushed to the aid of people. She ran to the open window and took from the hands of the mother of all her children (2, 5, 7 years and 6 month baby), helped the woman to get out on the street, and then took the saved to his home, fed and put to bed.

«On the eve of the administration of Kemerovo were awarded the inspector on Affairs of minors of Department of police «Anniversary» of the city internal Affairs police captain Eugene Serino. The mayor of Kemerovo Ilya Seredyuk presented her with an honorary diploma and valuable gift, noting her sensitivity, compassion and professionalism», — stated in the message.

What a gift handed to the police captain in the interior Ministry and the city administration have not specified.
