Four dead in fire in the hospital of the penitentiary in Vladivostok has been convicted of a felony, told RIA Novosti source in law enforcement bodies.

Sunday because of a fire in the business premises of the hospital of the penitentiary in Vladivostok killed four prisoners. The Prosecutor’s office of Primorye said that earlier the institution had already found violations of fire safety. According to the SC, a fire could begin from-for short circuit and dead patients are not able to move without assistance. A criminal case under article «negligence». The Commission of the Central apparatus of the Federal penitentiary service went in Primorye.

«All four of the dead were convicted of serious crimes. One for accessory to murder, one count for narcotics offence, two for causing grave harm to health» — said the source.

According to him, one of victims – Vladimir Palamarchuk. In 2010 it was reported that the Primorsky regional court has recognized eight people, including two policemen, guilty of a series of murders and the assignment of the apartments of his victims and sentenced them to lengthy prison terms. One of them — Vladimir Palamarchuk, was sentenced to nine years.
