Verhovye the court of the German state of Brandenburg decided that pastafarianskaya community calling itself the Church of the Flying spaghetti monster, is not a religious organization and is not entitled to post road signs with an invitation to their «noodle mass» (Nudelmessen), announced on Wednesday, the tabloid Bild.

In Germany, the standard practice for Christian churches is to hang out at the entrance to the city information signs indicating the date and time of worship. The so-called Church of the Flying spaghetti monster in 2014, gained fame by hanging signs with schedule «a mess» at the entrance to Templin (Brandenburg).

According to the court, pastafarianstvo does not have its own worldview, and only mocks the Christian religion. Therefore, to allow placement of plates with a schedule of «spaghetti mess» of power are not required.

The head of the followers of the Flying spaghetti monster in Templin rüdiger weida stated that it did not agree with the decision of the court. Now pastafariantsy intend to apply to the Federal court to appeal the decision.

Pastafarianstvo (or the Church of the Flying spaghetti monster) is a parody religion founded by us physicist Bobby Henderson in 2005. The main pastafarians is the principle of creation of the universe the invisible Flying spaghetti monster, and the first pastafariantsami are considered pirates.
