The Tushino court in Moscow on 30 thousand rubles fined the store «big gift» for the sale of Souvenirs with the swastika, told RIA Novosti press-service of the court.

«During carrying out by employees of Prosecutor’s office inspections in LLC «big gift and» it is established that a legal entity rented the room made selling relevant products and public demonstration of Nazi attributes and symbols similar to it», — said the press service.

They added that this falls under the scope of part 1 of article 20.3 of the administrative code (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations).

«On the territory of the Russian Federation prohibited the use of Nazi symbols in any form as insulting the multinational people and the memory of suffered in the great Patriotic war victims», — explained the press service.

As a result the court has appointed punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 30 000 rubles. The regulation entered into force, added in a press-service.
