Three people from Central Asia, convicted of preparation of terrorist attacks in Krasnoyarsk in Day of Victory in 2016, according to the FSB Department in the Krasnoyarsk territory.

«August 1, 2017 exit panel of judges from the far Eastern military district court in Krasnoyarsk sentenced three natives of Central Asia Z. Z. Mirzaev, M. M., and Abdullayev F. A. Abdusamatova who planned to commit a terrorist act in Krasnoyarsk in may 2016, during the celebration of Victory Day. … They imposed penalty: Mirzaev, J. J. – 18 years of imprisonment, Abdullaeva M. M. – 11 years of imprisonment, Abdusamatova J. A. – 11 years of imprisonment with serving in a colony of strict regime», — stated in the message.

The Ministry reported that Mirzaev worked as a bus driver in Krasnoyarsk and supported via the Internet contacts with banned terrorist group «Islamic state», from which he received instructions. To obtain the status of «Amir», Mirzayev decided to gather a group of like-minded people and to commit a terrorist act. The attackers planned to undermine the Shuttle bus to the may holidays, when public transport is at its most intense.

The group was detained may 6, 2016, investigators found a diagram for making bombs, components for improvised explosive device, and also the literature of extremist sense. In respect of these persons was a criminal case under part 1 of article 30 of part 1 of article 205 of the criminal code – preparation to terrorist act.
