A UK court sentenced a group of four people who called themselves «the Musketeers», to life imprisonment for preparing terrorist attacks, reports Sky News.

As previously reported, in order to arrange surveillance of suspected employees of MI-5 and an undercover police created a dummy company and hired two gang members. In August last year when they searched the car of one of them was an explosive device, firearms and ammunition, and a knife for cutting meat with the inscription «kafir» (Arabic term for the characteristics of people who do not profess Islam) on the blade.

The court found that Navid Ali, Habib Hussein, Mohibur Rahman and Tahir Aziz had planned to blow up pipe bombs in the territory of the United Kingdom. The exact location of the impending terrorist attack has not been established. Defendants deny guilt and claim that a bomb in the car was planted by the British intelligence officers.

According to the channel, Tahir Aziz was sentenced to imprisonment with a minimum term of 15 years. The other three got a sentence with a term of imprisonment of 20 years.
