Commissioner for the rights of the child in the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova has information on more than 400 cases of illegal export of Russian children abroad, including in Iraq and Syria, according to the apparatus Kuznetsova on Thursday.

It is noted that Kuznetsov sent a request to all regional children’s ombudsmen to provide information about the incoming complaints of citizens in connection with the illegal removal of children, including in Syria, Iraq and other troubled regions, in January of this year.

«After synthesis of the information obtained, compiled the final list of these children (over 400 cases). This information is in turn sent to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia, FSB of Russia, Ministry of defense of Russia», – stated in the message.

On the RT website earlier it was reported about 48 minors, which the Russian authorities are trying to return from Iraq. The report noted that children were trafficked from Russia to Iraq and Syria, and parents, influenced by the «Islamic state», and now minors are in the shelters of Mosul.

Kuznetsov has declared its readiness to render maximum assistance in placement and structure of the Russian children in orphanages Iraqi Mosul after their return home.
