Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree stipulating that the Turkish Consulate General with the consular district comprising the territory of Krasnodar Krai, Adygea and the Rostov region, from Novorossiysk in Krasnodar, the relevant document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

«To accept the proposal of the Russian foreign Ministry, agreed with the Plenipotentiary representative of the RF President in the southern Federal district, interested Federal bodies of Executive power and bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation, part of southern Federal district, the transfer of the Consulate General of the Turkish Republic from Novorossiysk to Krasnodar with the consular district comprising the territory of Krasnodar Krai, Republic of Adygeya and the Rostov region», — the document says.

According to the decree, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation shall in the prescribed manner to execute the agreement with Turkey. In addition, the authorities of the Krasnodar region recommended to allocate part of the rental or purchase Turkey property and residential premises, as well as to solve other associated with the placement of the Consulate General issues.
