The Russian side has repeatedly explained the world anti-doping Agency (WADA), doping control in Moscow anti-doping laboratory sealed by the investigating Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation and nobody can order them to open, said the Agency «R-Sport» the head of the Independent public anti-doping Commission (PLA) Vitaly Smirnov.

Earlier, WADA has published the roadmap with the remaining criteria to restore compliance with the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) to the WADA code. According to one of the criteria, the Russian authorities should provide access to samples to the laboratory in Moscow, which was sealed because of a Federal investigation.

«They know, and we explained many times that all the samples are sealed, they are working, which is carried out by appropriate investigating authorities. And in our country, in any other civilized country, no one can command to open and print all. Something new. These samples were sealed by the investigating authorities, the laboratory, the University, and they obviously somehow cooperate with them. Here we can not to accelerate this process», — said Smirnov on the phone.
