On the eve of the region announced a storm warning because of the approach Noru, it was noted that its August 8-10, can bring very heavy rains, a hurricane and cause flooding.

«The atmospheric pressure at the center of Noru has risen to 15 GPa, which means that the Typhoon is gradually losing strength. This fact suggests that with the release of Noru in the mountainous terrain of Japan or South Korea, the Typhoon will continue to lose energy. The exit to the sea of Japan category atmospheric vortex may decrease to a tropical storm, or tropical depression», — quotes Primgidromet the chief of Department Boris Cuba.

According to him, the analysis of high-rise maps leads to the conclusion that intense loss of strength of a Typhoon approaching the Primorsky territory continues.
