The decree on the restriction of navigation in the Kerch Strait for 72 hours from August 28 announced the captain of sea port Kerch, the ban is associated with the possibility of installing the first arch bridge on the Seine estuary supports it, reported the press service of the construction of the bridge — the information center «Crimean bridge».

Railway arch bridge weighs six tons. It is fully assembled on the shore of Kerch and ready to transport via pelopor. After installation is also planned for the hoisting of the Seine estuary supports car arch bridge, which weighs five thousand tons.

The bridge across the Kerch Strait that will link Crimea and Krasnodar Krai, will be the longest in Russia — its length is 19 kilometers. The beginning of the movement of vehicles on the bridge is scheduled for December 2018.
