North Korea has made multiple launches of ballistic short-range missiles or the firing of reactive systems of volley fire (MLRS), told reporters the Minister of defense of Japan, Itsunori of Onodera.

«It was either some of the ballistic short-range missiles or a volley of rockets», — quotes the words of the Minister of the Japanese Agency Kyodo.

Onodera also said that currently his Department is collecting information and analyzing the collected data, «details are in the process of analysis.»

On Saturday morning, North Korea conducted a launch of three ballistic missiles from the area of the village Citeren in Gangwon province. According to South Korean military reported, they flew about 250 kilometers. The U.S. military reported that one of them exploded shortly after launch, while the other two failed in flight. Japan’s government reported that missiles fell outside the exclusive economic zone of Japan and not pose a threat to its security.

The situation on the Korean Peninsula escalated after exchange of harsh words between the DPRK and the United States. North Korea has promised to release a ballistic missile to the area of GUAM, where the us air base Andersen naval base APRA Harbor. The President of the United States Donald trump promised that if the North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN «do something with GUAM, North Korea will happen such an event, which no one has ever seen».
