Mongolia hopes to sign on WEF a number of agreements with Russia

The Mongolian side hopes that through the participation of the President of this country in the East economic forum in September will be signed a number of documents in the energy sector, in the field of transit and the area of environmental protection, said at a press conference to journalists the Ambassador of Mongolia in Russia, Banzragch, Delgermaa.

According to her, the Russian side has invited the newly elected Mongolian President to take part in the WEF.

«The Mongolian side has accepted the invitation and the President will strike a working visit. We expect a working visit very much, including the signing of several important documents in the energy sector, transit, as well as several documents in the environmental sphere», — said Delgermaa.

Delgermaa reported that President of Mongolia at the WEF will follow 65 business.

She also expressed hope that the visit of the President of Mongolia to Vladivostok will be «effective and full».

As previously reported on the WEF website with reference to the Ambassador of Mongolia, President of Mongolia Khaltmagiin Battulga, elected July 7, 2017, will head the delegation of his state the third in the WEF and for the first time will visit Russia in this status. During a meeting in Moscow, Delgermaa and adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov discussed the possibility of organizing a Russian-Mongolian round table with participation of representatives of business communities of the two countries in the framework of the business program of the WEF-2017.

East economic forum was established by the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In 2016, the forum was attended by 4.6 thousand representatives of business, expert and scientific community, the public, from 56 countries. During the forum was signed 216 agreements 1.85 trillion rubles. Primorye signed at the forum 59 agreements on 200 billion roubles.

Third, the WEF will be held in Vladivostok on September 6-7.
