The head of the Siberian regional centre of the emergencies Ministry Lieutenant General Sergei Didenko said that all the victims from the weather of the territory and infrastructure of Primorsky Krai must be restored before the start of the heating season, told RIA Novosti press-service of the regional emergency center of Russia.

Powerful rains hit Primorye in early August, triggering a massive flood. Several settlements were cut off from the land. In six districts of the Primorsky territory was introduced a state of emergency. To date, all the rivers returned to the shore, and the message cut off villages restored.

«The whole infrastructure needs to be restored before the cold weather. In addition, people need to promptly obtain all required payments to be able to restore housing and return to normal life», — said Didenko.

As noted in Department, at present, compensation payments received about 14 thousand people, totaling over 480 million rubles.

In addition, during the meeting of the Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of Primorsky Krai Didenko said that the need to mobilize all services that will help people with the paperwork and other organizational and domestic issues.

«The primary task is prepare the affected areas for the heating season and to pay monetary compensation to all whose houses had been damaged element», — added in Department.
