The capitalization of the houses on those streets in Moscow, where is the improvement under the program «My street», is increased by 10-25%, said the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin in an interview «Газете.Ru».

«When the reconstruction is, of course, is a problem for small businesses, but it is a few months, then the volume of trade increases. Capitalization of houses on the site of reconstruction grows on average from 10 to 25%», — said Sobyanin.

He said that when the reconstruction of the first streets Stoleshnikov pereulok, Kuznetsky bridge, it received a collective complaint from businessmen and the President and Chairman of the Federation Council and state Duma Chairman.

«There were complaints signed by businessmen who had lost some of their income. Today their business is booming there, no problems. Another issue is that some of these points have changed their addresses — there were business, more intended for the flow of people today these streets is,» said the mayor.

According to him, the flow of tourists to the city every year grows and subsides in the summer during «My street». «According to official statistics, he (the flow of tourists — ed.) increased by 40%, but I think that is actually more», — said Sobyanin.

The growth of tourist traffic, as the mayor said, has to do with the fact that the city is constantly held various festivals. For example, many tourists especially plan their trips to the Russian capital for the winter festival «Journey to Christmas», which has already brought in city budget of about 70 billion rubles, Sobyanin emphasized.
