Students, their parents and University professors vote to choose the best educational institutions of Russia; the poll started on Monday on the website of the MIA «Russia today».

Respondents can evaluate the quality of universities, availability of additional educational programs and the opportunity to develop their creative abilities, friendliness, courtesy and competence of their employees on a scale.
