The administration of the President of the United States Donald trump is considering reducing the number of visas for cultural exchange programs, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing sources.

As writes the edition, it will affect those who come to US to for the summer. The reduction in the number of visas will affect foreigners providing services to nannies and caregivers in American families in such programs as au pair.

It is noted that for the visit on cultural exchange programs foreigners in the United States receive J-1 visa, which includes several categories, not all of which imply the need to work. In particular, students also receive a J-1 visa. According to sources, their changes will not be affected.

The state Department and press Secretary of the White house Sarah Sanders declined to comment.
