About 7% of houses, which are entered on the program of resettlement of dilapidated housing in Russia, have drawbacks, told journalists the Minister of construction and housing Russian Mikhail Men.

On Tuesday Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, Minister of construction and housing Russian Mikhail Men, the General Director of Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services Konstantin Tsitsin, head of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev take part in the ceremony of handing over keys to residents of Degtyarsk in the framework of the program of resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing.

«Over 93% of homes, which are entered on the program of resettlement from dilapidated housing, have no complaints, but unfortunately, there are individual cases where the claim is certain. We have a corresponding Commission, which includes representatives of our Ministry and the representatives of the General Prosecutor, representatives of public organizations, including the National front, which often helps us to identify any flaws in the construction», — said Men.

He added that about 70% of the identified deficiencies are eliminated within 1.5-2 months. «In addition, of course there are warranty obligations of contractors and… And if there are any questions, if regional authorities time pay attention to it, then once the signal comes for warranty work. If need be we can connect, then it will connect and the Federal Ministry», — said the Minister.
