About 21 thousand inhabitants of the German city of Koblenz will be forced to leave their homes due to the controlled detonation of the bombs of the Second world war, the radio station SWR Aktuell.

According to the radio station, on Monday, workers found a bomb at the construction site of the kindergarten. Undermining it is scheduled for Saturday September 2nd. As the radio station, controlled undermining will be held before Sunday’s marathon.

Locals have to leave their homes and apartments to 13.00 Saturday. The radius of evacuation will be one kilometer. It contains also a hospital and a prison.
