Developed by Kyiv’s bill on the reintegration of Donbass, where Russia are going to be called «aggressor country» will not have any consequences for Moscow, the head of the Fund «Ukrainian politics» Kost Bondarenko.

Earlier, the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko said that Russia in the Ukrainian draft law on the reintegration of Donbass will be called the «aggressor». According to her, the bill is «99.9% finished and ready to register in Parliament». As stated by the head of the international Committee of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev, no evidence of aggression by Russia in Kiev, and when there is no evidence that «we have to make laws».

«No consequences for Moscow the adoption of this bill shall not be, nor legal nor any. Because we (Ukraine — ed.) is a regulation adopted in 2014, which fixed the term «country-aggressor». So it is nothing new that law in this context will not bring», — Bondarenko told RIA Novosti.

In January 2015 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has accepted the statement in which Russia is called «an aggressor», as Kiev believes that Russia intervenes in the Affairs of Ukraine is a party to the conflict in the Donbass. Evidence of this was provided. The Russian foreign Ministry called the allegations «unsubstantiated public insinuations». Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to domestic conflict and is not privy to the events in the Donbass, and is interested in Ukraine overcame political and economic crisis.
