One of the victims appealed the verdict against the Director of the printing company «Printing Express» Sergey Moskvin and chief engineer of the organization of St Anton, which received 2,5 and 3,5 years of a colony-settlements accordingly, in the case of the fire that claimed the lives of 17 people, reported RIA Novosti in the press service of the Butyrsky court of the capital.

«The court received the appeal on sentence in respect of Moskvina and Yarkova from one of the victims,» — said the representative of the court.

Date of consideration of the complaint is not appointed yet.

The fire occurred in late August of last year in the printing house building in the North of Moscow. Only 17 people were killed: 14 citizens of Kyrgyzstan and three Russians. Butyrskaya court of Moscow on 17 August 2017 acknowledged Yatskova and Moskvina guilty as regards 3 articles 219 of the criminal code (violation of fire safety requirements). The intention of the relatives of those killed in the fire the citizens of Kyrgyzstan to appeal the verdict previously announced by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic.
