The implementation of the concept of advocacy for the election of the President of the Russian Federation, by estimations of the developer, would cost about $ 40 million rubles, has yet to form a technical specification, price indicators may change, said the Deputy head of the CEC of Russia Nikolay Bulaev.

Earlier, the Central election Commission has announced a contest for creation of the concept of outreach activities of the CEC during the preparation and conduct of presidential elections of 2018. CEC has sent the offer to participate in the competition in 15 major media companies and PR-agencies, participated in seven of them. On Tuesday, the CEC summarized the results of the contest, the winner was the company «IMA-consulting», it could be a contract for the implementation of this concept taking into account the recommendations of the jury without competitive procedures.

«In the documents that we placed on the implementation of this contest, we determine the price indices and their supply by the Central election Commission. We suggested that the company involved, to determine the cost of the work that they are willing to do. «IMA-Consulting» established in its economic and financial justification of the cost… it’s up to 40 million,» said Bulaev reporters in response to a question about how much it may cost to implement the concept of winning.

In the CEC expect that the information campaign will be interesting for voters of different groups and of different ages; information should be understandable to the voter and is available through different information channels: «as those to which we are accustomed, and the channels, the formats that are just emerging,» said Bulaev.

«Now will be prepared with terms of reference that will be us winning to be determined. We don’t know final pricing, they can be a little less, a little more,» — said the Deputy head of the CEC.

The ideal concept has not been proposed, he said, so the technical specification will be based not only on the concept of the winning company, it will also include interesting elements of the other proposed concepts that the CEC considers it necessary to use when informing.

«In the different concepts proposed different interesting things… We would like to see our campaign was exclusive, human-readable character, and also solve an important issue: people need to know how, where and at what time he may exercise his right to vote in presidential elections,» — said Bulaev.
