The Ministry of health of the Russian Federation suggests to expand the number of persons who may obtain medical certificates to include in the list of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship, according to a draft order published on the Federal portal of projects of normative legal acts.

«The draft order proposes to amend the first paragraph of paragraph 1 of the Order in the inclusion in the number of persons who are issued a certificate of incapacity, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship temporarily residing on the territory of the Russian Federation», — stated in the explanatory note to the document.
