Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who met last week in Sochi, had a sincere and constructive dialogue, reported Wednesday the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

«The nature of the conversation was quite different, it was a continuation of traditional very trusting and constructive dialogue between Russia and Israel, you know that Russia and Israel cooperate in the most sensitive areas and the General staffs and special services, and so on,» Peskov said in response to the information on that between Putin and Netanyahu had an emotional conversation about the actions of Iran, who are extremely concerned by the Israeli Chapter.

«And each time here, no one, say, exalted conversations is not — it is absolutely, I repeat, trust-based exchange of views on the situation in the region, exchange of opinions on possible ways of ensuring security in the border areas, that is, the conversation was extremely constructive», — said Peskov.

According to him, «the interaction (parties — ed.) continues, and the frequency of bilateral contacts at the highest level is proof of that.»
