The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte said that continued more than three months wrestling with the speakers on the side of the terrorist group «Islamic state»* (IG*, banned in Russia) Islamist militants is in «final stages,» reports the AFP.

According to the Agency, shortly before the statements Duterte it became known that the Philippine military took control of the bridge, which was an important channel of supplies for the militants.
